3 sets pushups, tricep dips, bicep curls, tricep extensions, squat thrusts, 1 leg weighted bird dips(both sides) bicycle crunches, back bridge leg extensions. I'm sure I left some things out, but a good workout. Was going to swim after, but the pool look like madness, so went home instead:-)

Was supposed to be a 12KM run, but decided to hang with a friend doing a shorter distance, since there was no real reason for me to run 12KM. It was a nice break and the weather was gorgeous as we hung at Starbucks waiting on everyone else to finish up:-)

Really didn't want to run, was feeling a bit under the weather the past several days, but went anyway. Was a little fast for a recovery run, but the body seemed to be okay with it.
