Time to start adding the core/strength training back into my routine. I haven't done much more than swim / bike / run for the past several months. I did do a squat challenge for 2 months, and could feel the results in my running & biking, but feeling like my core is getting sloppy lately.

Going to do my best to do interval training 3-4 times a week, with both strength and cardio, with one of those times incorporating speed work at the track.
