worst run ever, so hot, not enough electrolytes, had to walk last 5K because calves were cramping up. Also according to my garmin and many of my fellow racers, the run course was in fact 23KM

great swim, lake was warm, double loop. I was calm, relaxed and consistent throughout.

Well despite a horrible run(12 min longer then last year), and a flat tire I managed to take 13 minutes off my time from last year. The swim and bike were great, but my run fell apart due to heat and not taking in enough electrolytes.
