Did a lap around the lake that kicked my butt a few weeks back. No breathing issues this time around, felt good and could have done a second lap.

Ran the trails around the lake we swam in, it was a bit of an adventure as we had not run there before and discovered that it was pretty much up hill from where we started. It was nice and shady, with a cool breeze from the lake at times and gorgeous views.

Pretty sure that garmin activity was interupted frequently by loss of Satelite.

3 Hill repeats on FU Johnny Hill and 1 on a hill I haven't done before called Snake Hill, now lovingly referred to as the Watt the F hill, for the person who introduced me to that hill. Discovered that I do not have a climbing cassette on my bike and I have been doing these hills with 3 less gears than everyone else. Feeling good about how well I've been doing on the hilly routes we have been doing lately.
