not a great run. I had a bad attitude going in, I was tired and cranky, I didn't want to run hills because I had my fill of them yesterday and earlier in the week. We also started at 7am, so another day I didn't get to sleep in, my routine was off and because I had some gluten last night, my tummy was having some issues.

Had a chat with my husband the night before and he helped me determine that it would be my last early run. Reality is, in triathlon the runs aren't early, they are last and if the weather was hot, I would be running in that heat. Better to acclimate myself to that and not avoid running in the heat.

Hill training in the heat. 4 hills done, felt consistent but I failed on trying to operate my garmin to track it properly, kept pressing the pause button instead of the lap button.
