great run, calves were a little tight the first few KM's but worked it out and felt great from then on. Ran a little faster than we were supposed, really trying to run the slower pace that the training is calling for, but it is hard.

adjusted garmin upload, missed 5K of downhill when I stopped my garmin on a water refill stop and forgot to start it again. Really great ride, felt good after we were done, could have run, but had to take the dog out.
