Nice evening for a swim, the lake was like glass for the most part, hardly any boats out and not really came close enough to make waves. On the last 200 metres, they opened the damn to drain the lake some more, it is very low right now.

not sure how accurate the distance was, had garmin issues(satelite dropping), but it was a very easy flat course along country roads, when my garming was working, it was reading 33-36km, so maybe this is accurate

probably one of my better runs on a tri, calves were a problem at the start, but they did work themselves out, after 3-4 K's. Happy to be running with one of my friends who finished off the bike the same time as me.
