An ok run that felt pretty good.

10K race at Numa today.  I podium'd and took first in my age group!  I was hesitant about running this morning, not sure why guess because I feel like I am crawling my way back.  What a ego boost to finish with a good solid time and take first in my age group.  My daughter and her boyfriend showed up along the route to cheer me on too!  Way cool race today.
