The workout this morning was designed to be a heavy kick workout, so Mark had to modify it for me. Turned out pretty nicely.

I'm actually feeling pretty optimistic about my hamstring - did a test run this am and it felt pretty good. It is not completely healed, but it is significantly better then it's been. I stopped after 1 mile just to make sure i didn't do anything to cause a set back. If i hadn't lived through the last 2+ months of injury, the discomfort i felt today would not have stopped me from running. That's the first time I've felt that way. So, fingers crossed that next Thursday will bring a pain free run!
