Ugh, once again my legs were dead/sore. It is the back of the legs sort of upper calf and behind the knee (by the end of the run the hamstrings were sore too). It feels like they've been worked over and don't want to do anything. I don't know if they are reacting to all the running and walking and climbing I did on vacation -after a 3 month injury break from running, the muscles may be rebelling.
Also, I am not used to the humidity!!

Holy crap! This run completely sucked. I was able to run about 8 times while in Ireland and England the last 2 weeks. THey were basically my first runs in 3 months and I was sick as a dog and operating on 0-2 hrs of sleep per night and had very full days and nights of sightseeing and pubbing and those runs were easier and faster then this one! My legs were tight and heavy and the humidity was terrible. I am not used to running in the humidity. Ugh, I know I will get my fitness back, but until then I'm going to complain :)
