Don't know how to measure it, but spent 12 hours moving bundles of wood flooring, and lots of time on the knees installing. I am sure there is some calorie-burning going on...

Day 1 of the wood floor installation. Had to install plywood everywhere the carpet had been pulled up, and then bundle after bundle of wood flooring. Hopefully the knees won't be too sore to run after this.
