Beautiful morning out today but it was just one of those times when I just didn't want to go .... told myself, "just walk, it's better than nothing."  Felt stiff and achy almost the entire way ... Oh well, at least I was out doing something at 6:30 this morning which is more than most Americans, right?

Had a good stretch afterwards and now I feel better!  Laughing

Cold pool this afternoon! Brrr ....

Went to The Players golf tournament this past weekend - great fun with a fantastic finish (went into "overtime").   My wonderful son-in-law works for a company that takes care of food for golf tournaments so he got us tickets for the weekend (and kept us fed and libated) and a friend of my daughter - the friend's boyfriend - worked in merchandise so he got us a great discount on shirts, hats, etc.  Plus my husband won a gift certificate in a drawing!  So all-in-all it was a super weekend!  Cool

Now it's back to the grindstone - working and training - but only 4 more weeks of the working part.  Yay!
