1000 was all I could do before I ran out of steam! Stupid diet!!

So, it's been one week - 7 days - without any refined sugar, grains, or fruit (except green apples and blueberries - supposedly those are okay).  The rash is still there and I'm SICK of this diet!!  Started a new supplement Candex which is supposed to kill Candida.  We'll see how it goes.  I'm supposed to stick to this diet for another week -- I just don't know if I can do it!!   I just have absolutely no energy.  Gonna try to get a run (albiet - slow) tomorrow morning cuz I HAVE to start training for the marathon in Feb.  It'll take me 5 months to be ready for it!

So I haven't bothered to change my weight for months because it's gone up!  But aythe upside of this anti-fungal diet is that I've lost weight!  Back down to 168 (about 7 lbs)!  So maybe there's an upside to it.

I think maybe the rash is getting better.  It's still there but not as red.  Supposed to take at least 2 weeks without any sugar, yeast, grains, cheese.  When it's gone, I'll be able to add back in fruit - yay!  I think I'll try to stay away from the concentrated sweets - that's my downfall (candy!) and the dairy because I feel so much better without it.  But I have to add in fruit and some grains!

Still nothing here.  Maybe I'll be adjusted to this diet next week.  In the meantime, I'm not gonna stress it.  I've had my granddaughter here all week and so I'm busy in the morning.  Then in the afternoon, I've got no energy for it.  Maybe I could do a walk tonight at least.  We'll see.

Was supposed to get a weight session in but it's not gonna happen.  I have a rash under both arms which doc says is a fungal thing probably from the heat, long bike rides alll summer and constant sweating while riding.  Been there all summer mostly.  He gave me something for it and its not working so I did some research and am now trying an anti-fungal diet - no sugar, grains or yeast.  The no sugar thing includes fruit and many vegetables.  No bread, no pasta, no rice,  etc. The only fruit I can eat is green apples and berries.  I'm spent ...  no energy cuz no fuel!  Plus apparently if its working and the yeast (candida) is dying out, I'll feel miserable anyway.  So don't know how much training I'll get done for the next two weeks.  I told myself I'd try to endure two weeks and if I don't notice some change to the arms, I'm gonna forget it!  I'm three days into this this thing.  Feels like all I ever eat is lettuce, meat, yogurt, eggs, nuts (but not peanuts), broccoli or cauliflower.  I did try some almond butter on celery today.  Two weeks of this?  Yuck!  But gotta do something about the rash -- my underarms itch and look awful.
