Hard to start, mentally feel a bit tired. Hard also to find good route for non stop TT, so had to slow down few times because of traffic etc... Feel like last 20 feel finally ok, easier to stay focused that on 140-150HR in 2nd 20.

Moved morning run to next day. Didn't get enough sleep and feel really bad in the morning.

My HR probably never went above 168, but few times on downhill it went crazy with shirt wrapping and wind.
Most of the way I tried to stay 151-158, few times a little higher.
Feel tired after finished.
