I had some problem with side stitches since 4:25 started, stopped twice tried to shake it but it was due to some food problem from lunch. So, will repeat this run another day.

5 laps on HTT. Feel so so first 2 laps so decided to do something heavier. 4th lap below 5m/km, 17, 18 below 4:50, 19, 20 below 4:40, 21, 22 below 4:30. 22nd lap average 4:19.
HR is strange all the way, I didn't feel that I work so hard.
