Ended the lifting portion of my workout a bit early (only one shoulder ex. and no abs) I was kinda pooped after the "brick" and didn't want to go too crazy and risk hurting myself. Left shoulder is a bit sore.
Rode for 15 minutes on the trainer and then went right to the treadmill for a 10 minute run. I wonder if this counts as a brick. Whatever it, is, it was a pretty good workout today.

Last week I set my goal for september to run 5 miles without stopping... and, I met that goal today (on sept.5th)!!! Felt pretty good and really pushed for the last 3/4 mile.
