Ended the lifting portion of my workout a bit early (only one shoulder ex. and no abs) I was kinda pooped after the "brick" and didn't want to go too crazy and risk hurting myself. Left shoulder is a bit sore.

Rode for 15 minutes on the trainer and then went right to the treadmill for a 10 minute run. I wonder if this counts as a brick. Whatever it, is, it was a pretty good workout today. Av HR for entire 25 min. cardio - 141 Av HR for run - 156

Had to take a short rest at 4.1 miles and then finished up. Felt Great!!

My first workout since the race on Sunday. My first workout as a triathlete!! It feels really good.
