Day off. I need to absorb some of the huge amount of training from the last 7 days

This was a real struggle. The humidity just before sunrise is usually the worst of the day but this morning was a lot worse than I can remember. It was also rather warm for this early.
I wanted to stay aerobic throughout this run and I also used some rpe as a guide to my effort. I tried at times to increase my pace, but I couldn't without my HR shooting up.
