The hard work I've been putting in this year is paying off in a big way. My weight is way down and I am in the best shape I have been in in a while. I did this whole run in under a 10 minute pace and in z1. The intervals I've been doing, the rest I've been getting and the diet I've been watching are, I think, making me a better, more efficient swimmer, runner and biker.
