Planned on doing a tempo run, but just not into it. I cut the tempo short after 1.5 miles and just did strides for 20 minutes. Not sure what's wrong with me, but I feel like I've gotten slower and lost some motivation... Am I still feeling the effects of bronchitis from 6 days ago? Am I a bit overtrained? I'm going to just keep plugging along this week and then re-evaluate from there.
