1111 cal run.....
Ran first loop w/ Miki and then ran 2nd by myself. Legs felt pretty good the whole run and my right foot didn't bother me at all. My knees did start to feel a bit sore with about 1/3 of a mile left. I feel that my training is going good and my legs are starting to get stronger. My HR was exactly where I wanted it tonight at 141 BPM. I would have liked to ave gotten one more run in this week. I need to be running 3 day during the week minimum. I ran over 12 1/2 miles this weekend.

Went and ran with Miki at the Tempe Town Lake 5K course. She has a 5K next Sunday and I wanted her to see the course first. Came home and immediately went out and ran the 3.3 mile loop. My legs were a bit tired tonight but I got it done.

Went running with Miki tonight. My legs were tired and didn't want to work. My HR was about 140 the whole run and I didn't really feel like it was that low. My RPE seemed higher than 140 but I think my physical fitness is getting a lot better. My HR and recovery is getting better.

2nd spin class at LA Fitness this morning. We'll see if I can walk tomorrow. Hopefully I ramped it down a bit this week. Was nice to see Chad and did a 30 min brick run afterward. Getting up was a little easier but last night was a late one.
