Tried to ride today but I don't think my lungs are ready for 150+ HR yet. Still feel like I have a good amount of fluid in my lungs. Was disappointed in my ability today.
Went back out this afternoon and felt pretty good. Had a bit of wind to deal with but I rode in the aero position and that helped a lot. Need to get my distance up to at least 24 miles within the next week.

Finally got back to training today. Felt really good and I'm feeling that I can get back to working out. I have to hit 8 hours this week and I think I can do that. I need to start running again but I think I'll wait until this weekend to start to run. If I'm feeling good and the weather holds out I would like to go to the OWS on Thursday. Went to AAR tonight.

Went to the Dr...got meds...hope to be back to training soon....want to get below 200 lbs soon.
