More rest. My body is feeling good. Should be ready for Sat. I've also made my list of things to pack and brought my bike over to Kelly's to transport to Rocky Point.

1st OWS and it went OK. I wasn't freaked out like I was at Saguaro Lake last weekend. I did stop a good amount to sight and the suit did take more effort to swim in. I think a quick swim on Friday should be enough to get me through the 1000 yd swim.

Hiked the H1-H3 Loop for a PR today (1:11:44). Was a bit winded at the top. Going to ice my shins and get them ready for Rocky Point. Need to start to bring more than 1 water bottle. It's getting hot.

Didn't eat before my ride today. Just did 12 miles. I think I could have done 24 easy if I would have had proper nutrition. Drank almost a water bottle of water.

Went for a hike w/ Miki at T-Bird park. The H3 loop has a lot of elevation change (400 ft).
