Last rest day before I get back at it. My body felt ok but still a little stiff and sore. I NEED to get back to stretching again.

Rest after 1st Olympic. Will get back to it on Tuesday.

Drove to Mexico for my 1st Olympic Tri.

More rest. My body is feeling good. Should be ready for Sat. I've also made my list of things to pack and brought my bike over to Kelly's to transport to Rocky Point.

Going to go get me a new pair of shoes tonight. I should also go pickup my bike from Kelly as I need to get it in for service. Probably going to try to run 3 miles tonight and get back at it. My legs feel pretty good today.
Run was ok tonight. I still think I'm exerting too much effort to run but I'm going to hit it hard for the next 3 weeks until Tempe Int'l. Run at least 3 days a week. Ran a lot more than walk tonight. Need to keep the pace up on the walk. Removed the blister from the bottom of my foot. Don't know if this is going to be a mistake or not. It doesn't feel real good right now.
