It felt good to get back to working out tonight. I didn't want to push it too much but I wanted to get in at least an hour. I'm thinking that tomorrow I'll be able to get a good run in and maybe a little bike. I need to figure out time to get out on the road instead of riding indoors most of the time. Work has been so busy lately and this week I work 6 days again. I think I'll be OK for AMICA but I want to start to get more outside running in and it actaully felt OK temp wise about 9:45pm.

Getting better but still feel a bit off. Slept ok last night but still going to bed really late (2am).

I have needed to get back to my workouts. Work has been very busy lately and has zapped all my energy. My training must continue up to my 5K on Oct 3rd and then my Oly tri on Nov 7th.
