Elliptical tonight instead of the run. I thought I would shake it up a bit. I think I got a pretty good workout but I don't think the distance is close to running. I would think I would be closer to 5 miles for the hour instead of 4.3. It was a good workout toward the top of the hills on the elliptical.

I didn't try to push too hard tonight on the bike because I knew I still had Friday and the Saturday long ride to do this week.

Legs felt a little tired on the run tonight and I didn't put in a max effort but I got the time and mileage done. The bike was also about average but I did have a couple of effort segments that were pushing 170 watts for about 3 min increments. The week is off to a good start. I'm getting back in the water this week also.

Run was very good tonight and I ran the whole 5k for the first time and felt great doing it. I could have gone a lot further and I should start to move into the hour and half range.
