Legs fell apart at 1 hr
Dehydrated to start but good nutrition
Straps on front of shoes too tight and flet like vice on feet. Stopped and fixed it but too late. Feet were already toast.
Helmet worked good to keep me cool
A little wind and heat on the ride

How the hell do you wear yourself out volunteering at a triathlon.....you pull people out of the water for 2 hours. I need an all girl triathlon to do that at. They were so light compared to the dudes.
