9K - January 15th Should I run this? It fits into my training. My only concern is there is a time limit on it - 15 minute miles. I don't run that slow in training usually but I almost do. A big plus is that it is along part of the same course as my half marathon AND it goes over that huge bridge.

5:30am Spin class.

Man, as of today, I love working out in the morning time. and I love that my gym is exactly half way between where I live and where I work, really makes the commute seem shorter. I am going to have to figure out a better, gotta get dressed for work at the gym routine though.
Lost two lbs during the class - I sweat a lot this morning. Went from 132 to 130. But there was only one water bottle holder! Also although the lady said the bikes were look compatible, they are not. Must not buy new special spin class only shoes, must not buy new special spin class only shoes.
May run my 3 miles tonight if I don't have houseguests. It's 2.49pm - I'm am tired, my legs are sore, will not go run tonight. But I already got my mileage in for the week. So I rest tomorrow, and then 9 miles on Saturday (gulp)
I have a feeling that I am about to become really obsessed with the gym again. It's okay, it's needed every once in a while.
Last night while I was running, and today in the spin class, I felt like one of those girls I was jealous of a few months ago, and it felt great! WooHoo go Me!

KCal 448 - Good run, First run at the new gym, and let me just say - They have fans on the treadmills! How is it that 4 miles isn't a struggle now? This is so great!
Okay, joined a gym last night, my swimsuits came in the mail yesterday (although they were delivered to the apt office and they close at 5:30 so I don't get them until saturday) The gym has a 5:30am spin class on Monday Tuesday and Thursday. Wonder if I'll be able to wake up early enough to go. I am going there to run tonight, may spin in the morning and definitely run tomorrow night.
I am very excited about getting back into swimming. I can't even describe how much I love the swim, it rocks.
(there is a high of 77 on sunday, man, gotta love training in louisiana)
12.18pm - realized earlier this week that there is a HUGE steep bridge in the middle of the run and you have to loop around so I have to do it twice. That will not not not be fun.
December 27
Cottage Cheese Update - I like cottage cheese, and even went back for a little bit more last night.
Just found out that even though her girlfriend isn't running, my boss is going to come out to cheer me on at my 1/2 marathon. :) this made me smile.

Yes, that's right, I went swimming. Why? Because I rock. OMG, it felt SO good to get back in the pool. I really just wanted to get in the pool for a minute or two just to get the feel of it again. Lost count, but I think I did about 500 yards. I still remembered some of the TI basic too, so that's good. I was also reminded of how much I suck at breathing while swimming. But this will get better. My new goggles are awesome too, I bought a pair of Speedo Vanquishers. They rock.
Crazy woman, this was supposed to be a 45 minute spin class, You can't just stop 10 minutes early. 35 minutes of aerobic exercise is NOT enough for me. Decided to go hop in the pool after this short little spin class.
