my body feels a little tired - don't know if it is the medicine or the infection - my back was hurting more than it should have today. not a good sign. Probably just going to swim today.
5.27 - You know you're a triathlete when you time the food you are cooking by starting your HR monitor. Gonna eat a tasty black bean burger and then go swim!!
7.25pm - okay so i'm dumb - didn't know the gym closes at 6 on saturdays - not going to run or bike - really don't want to do that to my body just yet.

Something is screwed up with my wireless router - for the past two weeks i've been losing connection every minute or so, making internet browsing on my laptop point - making for a very annoyed Brandy.
Wow - Linksys online help chat support rocks!
As you can see no work out today - and there will not be another until friday - gotta love summer school right?
I did decide to volunteer at the kids triathlon here in Baton Rouge on Saturday morning. If anyone would like to volunteer let me know and I'll get you connected to the right people!!

Decided to not run tonight - I just took my last dose of meds for my infection and decided to run on a medicine that says "may cause dizziness" may not be the best idea. Tomorrow I will be back at it though.
