Something is screwed up with my wireless router - for the past two weeks i've been losing connection every minute or so, making internet browsing on my laptop point - making for a very annoyed Brandy.

Wow - Linksys online help chat support rocks!

 As you can see no work out today - and there will not be another until friday - gotta love summer school right?

I did decide to volunteer at the kids triathlon here in Baton Rouge on Saturday morning. If anyone would like to volunteer let me know and I'll get you connected to the right people!!

Rest day - I was just thinking about how much I used to HATE running. Now, I don't mind it so much, it's actually kind fun. Once I get faster on the bike I think I'll like that more, well, get faster and get over my fear of monsters.
