Shoulders/Core/Triceps/Delts. All in descending sets. I didn't think I'd be able to steer the car afterwards.
10:05 AM: BT just ate my entire post. Photo, link, list, the whole deal. This is exceptionally frustrating. I should know better. I spent an hour working on it. No time to recreate now.
BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBLAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH.
11:07 AM: I'm trying really really hard not to eat a donut. Trying. Hard. Almost as hard as I'm trying NOT to throw this computer out the window, while BT takes my words and formats them itself. BT seems to think certain words should not be bolded, certain words should not appear on the screen at all, and the keyboard should NOT have backspace functionality. I am seconds away from smashing this piece of crap with a brick.
Lucky for me (and my computer) I don't have access to a brick at this very moment. Maybe I will eat that donut afterall...
2:20 PM: I didn't eat the donut. Well, I only ate half the donut, so I guess "I didn't eat the WHOLE donut" is a more accurate statement.

REST TODAY.
One of the last days we are going to be able to work from home.... Booooo Hisssssss.
I have lots to get accomplished:
- Dry cleaner to see if they can fix my bustle (on my dress... it got stepped on, and I won't be able to dance properly if I have a train!)
- Pick up other dry cleaning.
- Nails.
- Cut paper and strings for our "message in a bottle"
- Work all day
- Phone call with Renaissance to go over the last minute details, talk about minimums, potential signature drinks, last minute logistics, etc etc
- Flowers? I may have put this off too long.
- Get my St. John charm attached to bracelet. (May do that this weekend)
- Other tasks as they mount. Seems that everything is going great until the last minute when 10,000 little undone details emerge!
By popular demand:
We do!
- Health data: Hours slept: 8.5

This was flat out lifting today.
Hip adduction machine, deadlifts, squats -a- plenty, lunges with handweights, calf raises, split lunges. My R side is almost laughably weak. My L side was much stronger. Balance, strength, coordination all seriously lacking on my R side.
I was standing there trying to do "split lunges" and I was wobbling all over the place, like a newborn horse, trying to stand for the first time.
And just like that... *snap* ... it's Wedding Wednesday again!
How about I take you through the ceremony? Or at least some of the ceremony... make you feel like you were there with us!
This is my charm bracelet, a gift from Rachael for my 40th birthday. I got us matching palm tree charms to commemorate the wedding, and she got me that blue teardrop charm for my "something blue". You can also see the "BEST FRIEND" charm (half) ... our old "BEST FRIEND" charm is on there too... from when we were 16. That was my "something old".
So, as Chris and Russ waited in the sand, Rachael walked out and joined them, and then I walked out and joined everyone. Rev. Nelson was our officiant. He's the only guy on the whole of the island that's apparently able to perform a marriage outside of a church. At least that's what they told us.
Here's Russ giving the rings to the Reverend.
Me, putting the ring on Chris. (If you like then you shoulda put a ring on it!)
And us, immediately afterward. I needed a Kleenex.
And one posed photo from our "session" on the sand. There are many more.
I don't know what to say. The whole thing... just defies words for me. ♥

50 x 50 for Sue's 50th Birthday.
I did about 45 of them.
R shoulder is unhappy. Blagh.
The Photo Flipper:
Not random, because I wanted to include a picture of Whitney. So here we have myself and Whitney, May 1999. I was visiting her new home in Spring, which is a suburb of Houston. We drove down to Galveston, and a seagull shat on my shoulder and onto the top of my can of Diet Dr. Pepper. (It's the strangest things I remember...)
I also remember doing a terrible job of applying sunscreen. You can't see it well on my L shoulder, but I have a white stripe where I got a glob of sunscreen on my arm... but pretty much nowhere else. Awesome, right?

10:48 AM: MVG tonight! Although I didn't do his workout on the day I was supposed to; I did do his workout, so I'm like a 50% failure... which is way better than being a total failure, so I'll take it. Aim low, right?
THE MORNING MOMENT!!!
It's back! It's back! Yippee! Yay!
A good one, no? And one of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Put first things first. Sounds easy, but given the pressures of daily life and all of the "stuff" that's thrown at us all on a very daily basis, it's easy to get all wound up in things that aren't important. Those things end up being FIRST THINGS when they're really FIFTH or TENTH things. Urgent v. Important. I work on this fairly regularly, and I've yet to get it completely right.
***disclaimer... Wade's Morning Moments are sometimes very faith oriented. As a rule, I don't usually share that kind of stuff because I'm not here to push anyone to believe in God or the bible or religion or faith... especially when I'm not sure what I even believe... but I did like this one, so I'm passing it along anyway.

I only slept for 6 ish hours last night because I went to my friend Paige's CAbi party and didn't get home until 1 AM. Yes. You read that right. 1 AM.
What's CAbi? Check it out.
Wine. Food. Clothes. Supposed to start at 7:30 but didn't really get rolling until 8:30/8:45. ZOMG. I'm too old for this.
Can I log running? And by that I mean RUNNING AROUND LIKE A LUNATIC? I don't see it listed as a "sport" so perhaps not. Hmmmpf.
Remember that list I made yesterday that was gobbled up by the voracious BT editor? I executed upon it. Did most everything... well, everything I could remember. Damn editor.
