Now with my new stopwatch I can confirm what I long suspected: I am a lazy butt in the pool. I waste a lot of time. Anyhow, that time is for actual swimming, not sitting around between laps contemplating the water.
My weight has gone up since the tri. I'm not surprised. It's next to impossible to find time to workout. And I've been eating a lot of crap. Something must change.
