I had to stop due to a major cramp in my left calf. :(
Note to self: CLOSE bike bag before riding so that important things, like inhalers, glasses, and wallet don't fall out randomely along the route making you go searching for them the next day when you discover in a panic that they are gone!!

New wheels! Yay! I notice the difference, mostly in accelerating. I get to my top gear much faster now.
It's not shifting very smoothly, though. I wonder if I should take it back to the shop...
Apparently, I am tapering early, haha.
Bummer I missed my Sunday ride last week. I will push it this weekend and then taper. :)

warm up: 6.12 miles in 23:05
brick: 12.19 miles in 41:28
the pace listed is for the brick. I'm impressed--it's fast! We went out and back on Greenwood... mild hills.
3 miles at the track. I don't actually know the seconds on this. It was between 34 and 35 minutes, and I know I was doing just at a 12 minute pace for parts, but under at the beginning and the end.
