The brick was a fun start to our anniversary date. A pretty intense workout. I guess my transition was around 3 minutes... had to put bike in car. The first half mile of the run was painful. Then it got better. Then it got worse in terms of lower abdominal pain. Weird. I'd swear it was my ovaries. But probably just ab muscles hurting. I think that this race is going to seriously kick my butt. Need to think about stategy.

Note to self: CLOSE bike bag before riding so that important things, like inhalers, glasses, and wallet don't fall out randomely along the route making you go searching for them the next day when you discover in a panic that they are gone!!

It's not shifting very smoothly, though. I wonder if I should take it back to the shop...
