plan for today: set a new year's goal. or at least a january goal.
finish/throw out all the junk food in the house.
watch the torrential rain and use it as an excuse not to exercise just yet, which is fine, as long as i set a goal.
To slightly increase the amount of tri sports + weight training in 2007, I need to do 50 minutes 5 days a week. If I include "other" it's up to 80 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. So that seems like a reasonable range.

I made my goal of 8.5 hrs exercise in Dec. Now I need a new goal and new motivation.
