Rest day! (too much other stuff on Tuesdays).
The weight lifting really seems to do in my upper back--it's pretty tight. Not really painful, but threatening to be. I wonder if there's a way to help this?

spinning class.
kicked my butt! apparently i underestimated the intensity of a spinning class. it was tough. not as fun as outside, but a good winter activity, and it should really help my cycling. i don't push myself that hard outside.
arms & abs. boy was i tired doing this post-spinning. i should realy lift before the class.
