I really want to be able to type in "not enough" for hours slept!
No running today, yay! Tomorrow is canoeing and dancing, and then my 12 mile run on Sunday. After that it's time to taper, hallelujah.

a gorgeous cold day. only the wind was brutal, but it was at my back for the 2nd half. i'm amazed i can run for 6 miles and still feel strong at the end!
I am sitting in my office in my running clothes. Somehow I just couldn't make my self go run yet. It's 24 deg, but at least it's sunny and dry. I *will* go run before lunch. I have to get dressed in real clothes sometime. Might as well run and shower first, right? (how pathetic, but it will get me out there.)
