blah rainy grey day. wish i could stay in bed. [u]the plan for this week[/u] bike 28.5 miles (20 down 8.5 to go) run 5 miles swim 2500 yds this early part of the sprint training should be easy... theoretically i could do these in one workout each, instead of in 7 workouts. i should go to the pool today. not motivated.

this ride went from bad to worse. started out cold and overcast and misty. ended up raining. glasses are useless in the rain. i was so so cold and miserable the whole time. couldn't go fast b/c that made me colder. i shouldn't have procrastinated. but i did it. i finished my goal.

i am a dork. i left my swimsuit at school. i decided not to bring my bike gear, and i forgot my running shoes. so unless i can think of an activity that doesn't require shoes, i SOL on the workout front. maybe fitness center bike would be OK? right now, though, i'm too tired and hungry to see straight. hooray for room service.
