ran into a touring cyclist on the way. i held her bike while she put the chain back on. she didn't know about the three sisters (3 big hills in a row). she had a cool setup - 3 big bags on her back wheel and solar panels across the top. her plan is to ride to oregon. way cool.

I didn't run Sunday - I couldn't fit it in between hubby being gone, church and the world cup game. (Sad about that one.) So I'm feeling a little lame, BUT I see that I still put in the biggest training week in recent history last week. So really, no need to feel lame. Hope I can get more in this week. I'm feeling a lot of tension between work - training. Boo.
