swim TT today to get T-pace. testing protocol: 3x300 = 4.11, 4.12, 4.13 Avg 300 = 4.12 Tpace = 1:24 /100
water was waaaay to hot for speed work - thought I was going to throw up on the last 300 - ouch. happy w/ results though I am worried that the t-pace is to fast for me to complete workouts.
