Tried out the NB 890's on the treadmill - decided I didn't like them so exchanged them for some Saucony's - I hope they work since they were outrageousely expensive, might of well have gone with the Newtons.

swim was hard due to fatigue.  I hope the bike works out tomorrow it is supposed to be rainy and cold - just what I want for a 3 hour ride.

awesome run today!!!!  trail was still covered in ice in many places, but shoes did really well w/ traction.  I am getting super pumped to run on all the trails here!  Best run since September!

bought new shoes (still NB brand) w/ a little more cushion/support than the minimus - not 100% sure about them - I will wear them around the house and maybe get on the treadmill w/ them before I decide to keep them.
