Don't know why I'm going backwards! :( I felt good until 8 minutes left. I think it was a mental wall. It was suggested I do more long interval work like 2x20'@AT I'll have to give that a try for Thursday workouts. I do have a sinus infection and sleep has been lacking these last 8 weeks due to work. I don't know! I can come up with a 1000 excuses but bottom line is I need to figure out a way to move forward.
