Took the night off, my wife was getting stir crazy being in the house all week with a 6 week old.  Still hit my calorie goal even eating out.... Thats a rare occurrence but I am getting better at it...

After checking the Garmin I ran way faster than I thought I was going... I did some squats and power cleans on Monday which bricked up my legs, felat good to run and stretch them out.

My 3 year old wanted to go for a run, I was so exhausted from my swim but how could I say no. We got caught in the rain and raced home... He was Chick Hicks and I was lightning Mqueen. This was definitely the highlight of my week.
