Took the night off, my wife was getting stir crazy being in the house all week with a 6 week old. Still hit my calorie goal even eating out.... Thats a rare occurrence but I am getting better at it...

I was very discouraged tonight, really frustrated that I just can't swim well... But I am trying my best to step back and just keep with the program... I am improving It is just coming slowly. Didn't help that the guy a was sharing a lane with was a dolphin.

My 3 year old wanted to go for a run, I was so exhausted from my swim but how could I say no. We got caught in the rain and raced home... He was Chick Hicks and I was lightning Mqueen. This was definitely the highlight of my week.
Did a time trial tonight for 8 laps.. 9 minutes for a baseline.
