33:43 - I was shooting for 33:00, I was feeling the effects of the TT's from Thursday- I think I could have made 33:00 on fresh legs, but you gotta have priorities... I needed the bike workout for next Saturday... I saw Bob and a group of riders out on Allen Town on my way home... wish I'd had my bike I would have jumped in....

Off day today... I may run a mile or 2 just to loosen up, but then off to Steamboat tomorrow. I can't seem to get as excited as I used to about just running... But I know it will be fun once I start picking people off one by one or in Steamboat I guess like five at a time.... I am going to try not to hurt myself, but would hate to hold too much back... Ahh who am I kidding balls to the wall.. every time, I can't contain the monster once the race starts!!

Shoulders were sore from yesterday... 2 swim days in a row... learned how to swim sore... I call it active recovery ;-)
Windy, did not have the power to mash for speed... legs were jello, but got it done.
