1.3 mile in 30 min with my wife, we each ran 2 min and walked the rest, which is what the couch-to-5k has us doing this week.

Walked a 5K, 3.1 miles with my wife and daughter today, legs were a little stiff after yeasterdays race in the cold. We did this to see if my 5 yr old daughter was up to it, and she was. When we got home my wife filled out registrations for all of us for an Alumni 5K run/walk here at LSSU where we graduated fromon Oct 9th. It should be fun for all.
