I need to work my upper body/chest and arms more for work. Rehab is good for maintaining my swimming strength but I need more for running a meat saw and slicer all day.
Tym and I walked to school to see Mattie on her 1st day. I had my 1st day at work at Neville's in the meat dept. My legs are a little sore, apperently I got soft after two weeks off my feet.
