Bike fit tonight...I bought parts to just about right...need about another cm drop on the aero bars...may need to go with a lower-angled stem...

Picked up my tri bike from the shop last night...IT.IS.BEAUTIFUL.  I can't believe after 6 months of build (waiting for a deal on a Leader frame and Ultegra parts off eBay) that it's finally done!  Bike fit this weekend...

Happy Memorial Day!  Once again, a big thank you to all the BT vets, BTers currently serving in the military and law enforcement, and the BT spouses and families who support and pray for them.

Our family can never begin to 'repay' those that have fought in defense of the freedoms we enjoy today...freedom to worship, freedom to pursue careers of our choosing, freedom to enjoy leisure (like triathlons :))...the list goes on...with freedom and rights, comes responsibility...may we never take these things for granted...

Today...3200 yd swim, 1 hour bike and 40 min run...we'll see how much I get in...

I pick up my tri bike today!  Last 3 installs...chain, cabling and cassette changeover...

Church Memorial Day picnic, then our family and a few other families going to watch 'Prince Caspian'...
