Miserable swim. I was having issue with my goggles. Arms were tired and couldn't keep up.
Gave up and swam side stroke the last 250m.

One of the worst rides I've ever done.
I was struggling. She dropped me 3miles in and never looked back. Picked me up in the car 45min later.

This swim felt good. About 8 laps shore to sh2ore I believe.
This was terrible. I don't know why. I just kinda gave up trying about 5 miles in.
Gearing isn't as smooth as it was. I probably put something back on wrong.
The long bike (5hrs) may not happen this week. Just not enough time ( or energy).
