Masters class. 300 WU, 300 k/d/s, 200 swim, 200 d/s. 3X (300, 200, 100, 50, 50 EZ) First and third set straight swim. Second set with buoy and paddles.
Nice run at lunch
Felt pretty good during this morning's swim despite having been sick for the past two days. I guess the benefits of the two days of rest outweighed the two days of not being able to eat anything. I'm still feeling nauseaus and haven't been hungry at all. If I hit the training hard again, I guess eventually that will catch up with me. Just have to play it by ear: feel well enough to workout, but not enough to eat yet!

Feeling a bit better today, but being that discretion is the better part of valor, I took one more day off to recover. Back at it in the pool tomorrow.

Sick! Bad virus. I take one day off this week and end up puking my guts out that night; I guess that'll teach me to take my day off once a week.
