I think the last of the marathon pains are gone after this morning's swim. Party's over! Time to get back to some running and biking. I haven't been on my bike in over a week and my first race is less than a month away. I only hope the weather will let me ride tomorrow morning.

3x (200H, 100E @3:40), 4x(100H, 50E @1:50), 5x(50H, 25E, @:50) 25 WD.
Felt good to be back at it today after two days off to recover from my marathon on Sunday. Start of the swim was rough, but once I got the blood flowing my legs really benefited. I feel much better now than I did before the swim. Energy levels are still a little low, but improving. Knees are still a bit stiff, but also much improved.
Assuming I don't hurt myself overtraining at the end of this week, I may have cheated fate with my marathon this weekend.

Easy run in the neighborhood. Right knee still sore from IT band irritation from marathon.
