Run study at CSU Performance Lab 4 Loops out on Euclid Ave east to 89th & back for 5 miles.
before run weight 147 then 143 after run. Fuel was 1 water bottle filled with coconut water & chia seeds. Average Heart Rate 135. Level pain 6.
Pre-run fuel was warm cup of hot chocolate included coconut milk, 1 TBS ghee, 2 TBS coconut oil. yummy.
Next time more fuel, mole skin for hot spots on the feet, get heart rate nailed down early in the run.
