well, i am feeling better, but things are still not right. i think i might have been exposed to either giardia or cryptosporidium at my last tri. for both, symptoms could take a couple days to appear, which would be consistent w/ my possible exposure. homeopathic remedy is garlic, so i'm going to try that for a couple days and see it helps. if not, i'll go see my doctor next week. i may try to go for a short run this afternoon.

feeling better today. went for a 4 mile walk with the girls (to the summit farmers market and to the coop). was pretty tired out by the time we got home, but i can catch up on sleep this weekend, and will hopefully get in some running, biking, and MAYBE camp out at friend's farm on sunday.

okay, not allergies, not a cold. FLU. was in the bathroom half the night. am i having fun yet? luckily, i am feeling loads better already today and am fighting the urge to go for a run. better to rest until i am free & clear, right?

still feeling cruddy today. might be allergies, but i also have sore ears and skin and and some other flu like symptoms (i'll spare the details). more rest today. ella caught a moth this morning, so we've spent the morning researching what moths eat, how to tell male from female. my four year old knows the word 'proboscis'. we've been trying to decide if she should go to 4 year old kindergarten, or stick with homeschooling...but its obvious she should be going straight to college. ;)

hey, another cold! grumble. woke up with a sore throat (could just be allergies) and fi has a fever (could be teething). good thing we had another quiet day planned today. had thought about going to the fair, but hung around home instead. zine, emergen-c, chicken soup, and a nap (bill came home early, bless him).

not sure what to do today. i'm not sore at all, just a little tight (i'm bad about stretching after a work out, but awful about doing it after a race). may try and do a short run and maybe some yoga...or maybe i'll just rest. :)
